Answer:

The bowl from rink 1 must be replayed provided it was on a bias which would have enabled it to re-enter its own rink. The bowl on rink 2 must be replayed.

What should be the position in regard to the head on rink 2?

Answer:

The Skips or opponents in a singles game must reach agreement on the replacement of the bowls and jack in the head on rink 2; otherwise they must declare the end dead.
