YMGCR BOWLS CLUB
Wednesday social bowls had 24 players. This week we played 3 bowl pairs and we had 3 two game winners. Getting the money were John McGough and Billy Butterworth with a great score of +23. Runners up with a +12 were Don Tipping and “Nifty” Neville Coleman. But Don and Nifty weren’t finished and they also picked up a very nice jackpot. It happens quite a lot. Also one of our new recruits played his first game …. Mick Vaughan. Mick is from Mt Eliza and he will be a valuable member to our pennant team, so please introduce yourself and make him feel welcome.
We were supposed to have our AGM this Monday 31st May, but due to Covid it will be moved to a later date. As soon as we know a suitable date we will inform everyone.
