YMGCR BOWLS CLUB

Wednesday Social Bowls saw 20 players brave the cold conditions and with 2 wins and +10 shots up Mary Essex and Danny McNeill got over the line to win on a count back.  Greg Fisher and Col Withers got runners up, Keith Eade and Frank Liberg won the jackpot.

I would like to take a moment to express our thoughts to the Cummings family.  Sadly Ian passed away recently and he will be sadly missed.  I don’t think Ian had a pair of long pants in his wardrobe as we never saw him in any.  He was a very underrated bowler and with his old mate Dougie “Boy” McTier, they won the O&M Veterans Over 60’s pairs.
