YMGCR BOWLS CLUB

Wednesday Social bowls had 22 players and with 2 wins and a fantastic score of +23 were Robbie “Pinkie” Lidgerwood and a visitor Jim Parry.  Runners up with 2 wins and +15 were the two Billys…..Butterworth and Jenkins.  Lucky numbers went to Mr Jenkins and Jim Parry and the big Jackpot went off with the winners being Pinkie Lidgerwood and Jim Parry.  (Jim had to get Armaguard to carry his winnings to his car).

Friday Social had 40 players and the winners were Danny McNeill and Les Wilson.  Runners up were Les Spencer and Andy Lefevre and third went to Vicky Withers and her hubby Col who had a beautiful bowl going down until we noticed that it was on the wrong bias…..boo-hoo!

Had a bad week last report and I got a lot of backlash from my avid readers.  The main stuff up was the “Dash for Cash” which will be held on the first Wednesday of the month, therefore by my calculation it will be the 4th May.
