YMGCR BOWLS CLUB

Wednesday Social bowls had a field of 24 with the winners being Billy Jenkins and Noel Millar with 2 wins and +13.  Runners up with 2 wins and +11 were Chris Horne and Vicki Withers.

Friday Social bowls had a field of 24 players and the winners were Tony Durkin and Danny McNeill.  Runners up went to Jill and Ron Lamson and 3rd went to another husband and wife team in the Dodmans, Pam and the “Dodmaster” Albert.

In the Victorian Open held down in the Latrobe Valley, Anne Miles made it into the final 8 (she was put out by another O&M bowler in Carol Fair), and in a bit of bad luck Anne played our own Claire Sanders in the round of 32.

This Good Friday we have a game of nominated pairs starting at 12:30.  There will be extra prize money.  Put your name down for a good day of bowls.
