 Tuesday Autumn Barefoot Social Bowls.

Many of the bowlers who participated in the just completed, and very successful Tuesday Charity Barefoot Challenge, wanted to maintain the momentum and good times. This has led to a Tuesday Evening Autumn Barefoot Bowls Competition, which will continue through the Autumn, while the weather remains fine. The concept isn’t that different from the Charity Challenge, however, this time the prize money goes into the pockets of those players who win each Tuesday evening. The Tuesday Challenge is an ideal format for participating novice bowlers to play with, and get to know, some of YMGCR’s established bowlers. So, we’d encourage YMGCR bowlers to place their names on the entry sheets for Tuesday’s game, located on the Bowls Office notice board. Next week we will provide a report of the action from this Tuesday’s game. Until next week, good bowling.
