YMGCR BOWLS CLUB

Welcome back everyone to the start of a new bowls season At Last!!  We will be having our normal Wednesday social bowls starting at 12.30 (names in by 11).  Also we will have training for Tuesday pennant starting 29th September and Saturday Pennant training starting on Saturday 26th both starting at 1.00pm. Members are welcome on either day.

At our committee meeting we discussed various issues which I will list below :

• COVID is still an issue we have to all deal with for the foreseeable future eg no handshakes, 1.5 distance, sanitiser etc
• Opening Day will be on Sunday 18th October, details to be finalised, please check notice board.
• New members welcomed Peter and Anne Taylor from Benalla.
• No booklet will be produced this year due to Covid.
• We are working towards a pennant start on Saturday 7th November and Tuesday 10th November (these are not confirmed dates but the ones we are working  towards).
• We will  not be having afternoon tea on Saturday Pennant.

Please come and join in all of our activities and support our wonderful  club.
